• Individual Counseling

    Individual counseling (sometimes called psychotherapy, talk therapy, or treatment) is a process through which clients work one-on-one with a trained mental health clinician in a safe, caring, and confidential environment. Individual counseling is focused on the individual's immediate or near future concerns.

  • Family Counseling

    Family counseling is a type of psychological therapy (psychotherapy) that can help family members improve communication and resolve conflicts. Family therapy may include all family members or just those able or willing to participate. Family therapy sessions can teach you skills to deepen family connections and get through stressful times with your partner, children or other family members.

  • Group Counseling

    Group counseling is a form of counseling where a small group of people meet regularly to discuss, interact, and explore problems with each other and the group leader. Group counseling seeks to give people a safe and comfortable place where they can work out problems and emotional concerns.

  • Consulting

    Consulting is meeting with a professional or expert for purposes of gaining information by formally discussing and collaborating on something important to advance self in their professional career.

What is the cost of services?

 

We are dedicated to ensuring our client are invested in their mental heatlh and accept private pay for all services.

We can provide you with a superbill for your insurance company to receive reimbursements from your insurance provider.

Feel free to inquire about any questions relating to the cost for services within your free consulation. I do offer reduced rates when those are experiening financial hardships.
